  2. Complete an entry form of each item read or listened to between May 31 and July 29.
  3. Turn in the entry forms at any library location. Forms are used in drawings for prizes. You may also enter entries online. The online form offers an option to include a book review to make you eligible for special prizes.
  4. Drawings will be held for nine prizes at each Memphis Public Library location. You can only win one of the 9 prizes. In addition, all entries are eligible for a branch grand prize at any one of the Memphis Public Library location and a final system wide grand prize.
