Renewing Items

How to keep materials out past the original due date - without owing fines

You can renew items online or by phone when:

  • Your library card is current (not expired).
  • The items you want to renew are not Popular Books or Audio/Visual Material.
  • The items have not been renewed previously.
  • The items are not on hold for another library customer.
  • The items are not interlibrary loan materials.

To renew online, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • In the My Account area, click Renew My Materials.
  • Select the check box by items to renew, or mark Select All.
  • Click Renew Selected Items.
  • You will then receive a list of the items that successfully renewed followed by a list of items that could not be renewed. Please review this list carefully.
To renew items using the automated telephone service, call 452-2047. Enter your library card number and PIN number when prompted. Then, just follow the automated voice prompts.
